NVC Memorial Hall is a valuable asset for NVC members and the community at large.  Regular maintenance as well as unexpected repairs are a normal part of making sure the Hall remains in good repair.

Recently there have been unplanned/unbudgeted repairs to the NVC Hall building and equipment.  This has surfaced the need for a Preventive Maintenance Plan that encompasses the building and its systems/equipment.  Before seeking a consulting firm to develop this plan, first we need to consider our ability to do this ourselves.

It is likely that among our members and supporters there are many with project planning skills and experience. If this includes you, please consider volunteering for the proposed Preventive Maintenance Plan project.  The plan will include the annual schedules and cost estimates for the recommended preventive maintenance tasks
